This workshop consists of an indoor Movement Laboratory of simple-yet-sophisticated movement strategies that effect beneficial long-term change in coordination, strength, posture, flexibility, and sense of well-being. Open to all, it also includes walking in nature with the use of Nordic Poles, leading you to adopt natural walking for health and pleasure in your daily life.
